Just noticed your post.  CREATE IMAGE STUDIOS in Phra Khanong, off Sukhumvit 71 has a variety of studios available for daily rental.   If you are looking for a very interesting and classic location, "Benedict Studios" in Lat Phrow is an old Benedictine Monastery and has some amazing rooms.  Mostly used for bridal shoots but could be anything.

There are a lot of "Casting" studios in the "Town in Town" area off Lad Phrow 92.  They often have small studios with backdrops and some lighting available on a daily basis.  Check "Chocolate Studio" and "Craft Studio" for starters.
