THAI Smile has suspended flights to Narathiwat until April 30, according to a statement from the company today (March 31).

The airline will continue to operate flights to Krabi, Surat Thani, Phuket, Hat Yai, Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai, Khon Kaen, Udon Thani and Ubon Ratchathani.

Passengers can obtain a full refund without any charges by visiting https://member.thaismileair.com/customerservice/refund and selecting “Refund due to terms and conditions”.

Passengers who would like to change their travel itinerary and/or reroute can do so without paying a fee for the change, though terms and conditions apply, according to the airline.

For further information, passengers have been requested to contact any of the 13 Smile service centres nationwide during operation hours or send an email to [email protected], or call the 24-hour call centre at 1181 or 02-118-8888.
