Ais Problem

Featured Replies

Anyone else having a problem today, I cannot make outgoing calls...................Pattaya

No problems with my AIS connection in Jomtien........I've made two calls to the UK and several within Thailand.

AIS / 1-2-call has this problem quite frequently.

1st attempt to solve your problem every time this happens:

- Switch off phone for a minute or 2

- Switch it on again, this might be enough to do the trick

If 1st attempt fails:

- Call CallCenter AIS (with a friend's phone of course, yours isn't working is it? :o ) at 022719000

- Inform them about your problem (usually their English is very reasonable) and give them your phone number

- They will reset something in their network and advise you to switch off your phone for a minute or 2

- Switch it on again, this shoud definately be enough to do the trick
