I wrote a post a while ago "TRUEly weird"

I can't access my site, ftp, mails etc and it's been going on

for many days now, more than a week.

I called TRUE for the million times and now they are telling me

it's blocked by ICT even though its not getting the usually ICT screen

but it just times out when I try to reach the site.

I'm getting really really frustrated now and I really need to have access

to both my servers and mail. I talked to an advisor from TRUE and he told

me it's blocked by ICT, I asked him if he could see the ICT screen and he said yes

I then told him to be so kind to make a screenshot with my website address in the

top and his screen showing the ICT blocking screen (i know this could easily be done, by

just going to a blocked site and then write my website in the address field) but the funny

thing is that he said "ohhh im sorry Sir, I can't see the green screen" so I asked him to make

up his mind. So he told me to call ICT and asked them about the block and there wasn't any

block from them. I called back TRUE and told them the new information, but they didn't care

because "their network people" (whatever that is) told them that ICT blocked the access

I then asked the advisor to contact ICT and get this confirmed and if confirmed please give

me the name of the ICT advisor who told them it was blocked, the advisor simply denied and

said "i'm sorry SIR, I cannot do that" I argued a bit back and forth but never seemed to get

anywhere. This is driving me nuts and I know I can try to change ISP but it will just prolong

my non access by at least a week more beside the 10 days I already haven't been able to

access anything regarding my server. MAN!!!! I'm getting grey hair these days.

You just need to go to a Proxy Server and then type in your

url and you will connect fine.

Rules here prevent me from saying more.

But if one has clients in Thailand, how do they connect or see your website? Further ftp by proxies can be a real problem {some hosters will not permit it}.

That is a no brainer. If you have Thai customers, and live and work in Thailand, all you do is set up a mirror site within the Thai IX (internet exchange) and your problem is solved.
