"Normal" is what it used to be. In the context of Thailand being part of the International world, it seems unlikely to me that normal will be realistic for a couple of years. Even if Thailand can say no more infections, no more deaths - we are completely free of corona virus, many not so fortunate nations, especially the ones Thailand relies on for tourism and exports, will compromise that "normality".

Even the United States does not recognise Taiwan as an independent country, so what is your point? Hardly unique to the WHO. As for his membership in the EPLF, he was the health minister of Ethiopia and they are the ruling party, who by the way, overthrew the preceding Communist government, so I ask again, what is your point?

No, most are controlled by obsessive profiteers who have no knowledge of science and no interest in the welfare of their nation.
