April 28, 20205 yr I ordered a Samsung a51 from Lazada in Thailand, everything in order accept we're unable to use 7/11 home delivery app. Playstore basically states "this app can't be used in your country". Does anyone know how to solve this problem? No issues with any other app.
April 28, 20205 yr I had the same problem with another app I was told just go to my account in play store and change country to Thailand i did and was able to use the app
April 29, 20205 yr If your phone location isn't Thailand,then you can't download several apps from Play store. But why would you use 7/11 home delivery? 7/11 is totally useless when it comes to food delivery. Haven't you heard about Tesco Lotus online? Huge amount of products in every category and EVERYTHING is cheaper than 7/11. Door to door delivery. Even now.
April 29, 20205 yr As someone else said, the problem lies with your Google Account. To use Thai apps and services, add a Thai address to your account. I needed to use some UK apps and had to add a UK address to get them. I have three countries' addresses registered and can now get the full range of apps and services for all three countries. I think people just don't realise that Google is available in most countries and that you can register as many addresses and as many currencies you wish to use. At checkout online, you are asked which one you wish to use.
May 8, 20205 yr You don't have TH ROM on your phone. Half of phones bought on Lazada can't use thai banking app either, unless one ask seller specific and get a clear answer. Most honest sellers write (TH) in headline or product info. Have you try use thai bank app? If it works, so should 7/11, if you are In country of course.
