The Soi Bhua  Khao market is opening Tuesday. Today  I saw the lady who sells grilled meat there, she'll be open.

Well, as tonight is still the 3rd and the lockdown is supposed to end on the 4th (and the barricades taken down on the 5th) I'd say they will still be operating tonight.

Right up until curfew, which hasn't changed as far as I know.

We have all seen how the Chinese pay with phone. Here in the UK, a track & contact tracing app is here and in Europe. I bet this will come to Thailand before international arrivals start again. Meanwhile in Pattaya, its for the thais.
