My girlfriend arrives to the U.k in Two weeks ( on a Fiancee Visa) and we intend to marry sometime in June. After she arrives what things should I be doing to improve our chances of gaining the Settlement Visa? Can I enrol her into my local G.P?, Dentist?

One thing to kick off Steve is to start getting your Fiancée on addressed bills to prove a constant address.

As you and Moss suggest, enrol your fiancée with a doctor/dentist and change at least one utility bill either in to joint names or her sole name. You might also wish to open a joint bank account and obtain a provisional driving licence.

Can she apply for a provisional licence? (On a Fiancee Visa?) Maybe someone external (ive witnessed the driving in Thailand)

Yes, your fiancée can apply for a driving licence. She has to have her application countersigned by someone other than yourself who has known her for two years. If she knows no such person, she may make the application in person at a DVLA office instead.
