Tgf To Usa

Featured Replies

having scoured around on here i seem to have a bit of a unique problem. I have a TGF who has a visitors visa for the uk valid until end oct 06. so far no problem, But my brother announced his wedding 2 days ago. he is to be married to a US citizen in las vegas at the end of Aug 06, and he would like me to be the best man. Now to my problem, as a UK citizen i can more or less come and go out of the states as i please, but how do i get a visa for my GF?

All the embassy forms etc i have found are for US citizens to sponser there GFs, i cant find anywhere that relates to a non US citizen applying to take there Thai GF to the states.

Any help or info would be much appreciated, I am sure someone must have come up against this situation before.

I would require a visa for 2weeks as we intend to go see family in chicago after the wedding.

Not sure what you have been reading, but there is no such ting as "sponsership" for a US tourist visa. Do you live in Thailand? If so, the advice on establishing your ties to Thailand and then your gf's ties to you apply and the visa should not be much of a problem.

If you do not live in Thailand, then your gf will have to prove she will return to Thailand on her own.
