There are no vaccines that come with any guarantee. From your article "When compared to the group receiving placebos, the vaccine was proven to be able to prevent the infection in 60% to 65% of the cases." Spanish flu had 3 waves. If you are vaccinated it would be a wise move to get an antibody check a few weeks later. If you pass, it would be simple to get a certificate to confirm this.
