AIS eBill - How to open

Featured Replies

Hi

I am trying to open my PDF Ais bill sent via email.

It is asking for a password.

Does anyone have an idea what details they want. ie - birthdate etc

I can open mine with my passport number.

I also have AIS. The email should include a password hint. For me, it says "ID of the registered person" which is my passport number.

Your password to open the attached document :
The ID Card number of the registered person.

*ID Card Number refers to Thai ID Card No., Passport Number., or other ID as registered with AIS

For a foreigner it is their passport number for a Thai it is their Thai ID number

Mine is in the wifes name so it is her ID number

I find the MYIAS APP the best way to pay bills and view call data.
