Recently bought a new Samsung Note 9 here in Thailand. Great phone but i can't seem to get the upgrade from Android 9 One UI 1.0 to Android 10 OneUI 2.0 (which i thought Samsung had issued). Anyone with a Note 9 here in Thailand managed to get the upgrade?

Original 2018 Thai phone. Have a look at the last number part of your firmware version. The availability is region related and dependant on that.
