If you test positive for Antibodies then that would not be a reason to exclude you from anywhere, would even suggest that you are somewhat protected from being infected in the future. Austria just started accepting international visitors again. You have 3 options on arrival. Option 1 - Show medical certificate negative for covid not older than 4 days. Option 2 - Self quarantine for 14 days. Option 3 - get a covid test on the spot for $200, results in about 3 hours - if all good get a certificate issued and no need to self quarantine. The Austrian examples seems like a reasonable way until there is a treatment or Vaccine.
