Trump obliges his secret service detail and white house workers to pay for accommodation and meals at Trump owned facilities when he makes his near weekly return to his home in Florida. Why is Musk allowed access to business competitors' files and contracts? Why was he meeting with Modi at the White House to discuss his projects in India? The MAGA collective would be the first to scream and claim criminal conspiracies if it was anyone other than the Trump cabal. -

Am I Required To File A Thai Tax Return
American expat, stayed more than 180 days in Thailand in 2024. Only remittances to Thailand are direct deposit Social Security payments to Bangkok Bank. This is excluded from accessible income due to a bilateral treaty. Earned Thai interest approx 30K. 2K baht withheld. Not a big deal to lose this money. I have a TIN and filed to receive a refund on withheld interest in the past but not for about 4 years. Am I correct that I don't need to file a Thai tax return because the Social Security is non-accessible and tax was already withheld by my Thai banks? -

Pattaya. Where?
Must confess, due to health reasons, I wasen't able to travel much, so the last time I was in Pattaya was 7 years ago. Now Doctor says "you are healed and you can go everywhere you want to". How nice. Used to stay on Soi Post Office/Soi Yamato for years on holiday.It always felt like a home away from home. Following posts here, I realise that things have changed in Pattaya in many ways. So I wonder where I should stay, enjoying harmless babblings with bar ladies resulting in "close contact" later on. Limiting financial female favours to 1000 Bht per encounter or less, depending on time involved. Friend of mine, still living on Soi Post Office for many years claims that females on Beach Road are mostly "overweight and plain ugly", as is the rest of the female bar employees nearby. Same same. Cheaper on Beach Road. Use condoms in every situation his advice. Overall, he insists, that the quality of female services is not inceasing by the amount of financial compensastion. Therefore I venture to say, that I am likely to stay in my "guesthouse" on Soi Post Office again, as it is close to Beach Road. Unless some of you have better suggestions. -

Guess that crap will last 24 hours if I'm lucky -
