I've lived in Jomtien for 14 years yet I've never heard of these two condos....and I do travel about!! Where are they?

Think Sompong condo near to Ocean Marina (know people who have condo there) so not exactly Jomtien!

Isn't Sompong Condo in Ban Ampur?

And then I believe Sombat condo is on Pratamak Hill soi 7?

I have also not heard of either.

The message you should be getting from the relies is that they are not in a central location and certainly not anywhere that a falang is likely to walk past

Below is a review of the Sombat from a real estate agent...

"Sombat Condo is full of low-priced condos, particularly studios as the building itself is a bit tired, but the location is very good, the security is great and has underground parking, a rarity in the Pattaya/Jomtien area."

As people rightly say......Sompang condo is WELL out in the sticks, south of the Ocean Marina

Sompong condo is not Pattaya or Jomtien actually. It is about 15-20 minutes drive away. Some people may prefer that location.

Anyway one plus is that Sombat condo right across the street from Liam's Art Gallery.
