Popular Post CG1 Blue
Did some digging just now. Why was this POS allowed to stay in the UK for so long?! Khairi Saadallah has been claiming asylum in the UK since 2012. In August last year, a man of the same name, age, and address appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court after allegedly assaulting a judge at Reading Magistrates' Court while being sentenced for two previous convictions, the Press and Journal reported. In April last year, a man of the same name and age was imprisoned for two months for a common assault on an emergency worker and fined £115 for possession of a blade, the Reading Chronicle reported. Saadallah is also thought to have been previously charged with affray, assault by beating, and possessing an offensive weapon following an altercation with a Sainsbury’s security guard who had accused him of shoplifting. Get the explosive mix right then nearly everyone on board the Parsons Green tube train would've perished. No doubt. 1

It does seem to be overdue to update legislation for preventative detention in the case of known violent terror supporters. Big problem for HMG as there are an estimated 20,000 suspected of terror sympathies across all ideologies. I note from the BBC the guy was previously investigated by police, but they found no evidence of terrorism related activity. https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-53129046 Edited June 21, 2020 by simple1

nausea
Well, there doen't seem to be any ambiguity about it now, even from the BBC. Khari Saadallah, 25, originally from Libya, came to the attention of MI5 in 2019 but wasn't considered an immediate risk. Counter Terrorism Policing South East said he has been re-arrested under Section 41 of the Terrorism Act 2000. (BBC)

Thats why under the UK law these idiot judges wont deport him. probably some EU or UN human rights <deleted> in mix as well. My point is this. If you are from a failed state then how can you be claiming political assylum? You have nothing to fear from the government in your home country because there isnt one. Quite clearly this guy is an economic refugee playing the assylum card and should have been sent back. Just because the country you are from is unpleasant at this moment doesnt give you the right to stay in a country. Once again the judicial system, The CPS and the State fail to protect innocent lives. We should prosecute the people who let him out after the string of offences he committed.
