Protest News

Featured Replies

Can anyone point me to a thread about the protest at democracy monument today? It seems suspicious that the Thaivisa news team didn't pick up on the fact that democracy monument is currently occupied by pro-democracy protesters. I couldn't find anything in Thailand or Bangkok news forums?

I for one have to say these/this event is as of  much  new  news  to  myself as it is  my wife other than  what we  gleaned from another thread  summarily  shut  down because  it  was  "political"  comment !

What do the demonstrators want this time?

Thanks for the link - you saved me a lot of hassle: I was planning a trip in my time machine to 10/02/2018's McDonald's for a burger (the processed cheese was better back then), but now I'll probably go back on the 9th instead.

Political discussions are not allowed in the General Forum.

"Policy In General Regarding Thailand Election/Political Discussions

As a result of the great increase in posts about politics in Thailand, we are requesting that members keep political discussion confined to threads already open in the Thailand News Forum."
