Arrest him for what ?

Use section 44. Don't need a reason.

Of you really want a reason, it's called "perverting the course of justice" ofcourse it's a concept that the PM doesn't understand as he is guilty of it himself.

the general knows he is court, if it were anyone else it would be goodbye time, and I think the money from the family is drying up so drastic action has to be taken a lot of money has been paid, how is boss going to repay it?

According to the BP,  a Chulalongkorn scientist says Boss drove his car at 177km/hr and he is sticking by his evidence.

He was a member of the original evidence collection team.

"We must fix these problems to ensure justice in Thai society without dividing it along social class lines," he said.

He has had 6 years to fix problems and the result is........ corruption is still rampant throughout the government, police and army

ou would have thought that the case been so high profile that these honest citizens would have gone straight to the police station and told there story. Instead lets wait for 7 years eh!

It took 7 years to cut the deal!

Skeptical without seeing more evidence.

- Watching the video on news shows the car but doesn’t show when motorcycle entered? the road

- motorcycle they show on television and loafing in the back of truck doesn’t have much damage.....

without having all the facts difficult to determine who was at fault.

Leaving the scene of an accident would be an offence.

Failure to comply by not attending as summonsed would be contempt of some kind.

DUI would of been applicable if tested in a timely manner.

All so sad even if blood money has changed hands with the family of the deceased.

Such utter and complete nonsense and lies. The army was installed to protect these creeps. With both domestic and international condemnation and a huge degree of humiliation that followed, they are simply saying anything. Nobody believes anything Prayuth says anymore. He and his super toxic army have zero credibility with the public.

If he weren't such a -------- I would almost feel sorry for him.  That family gave him billions of baht before the election.  Now he can't 'unbuy' himself and give the public the show of justice that they want without offending his masters!

Never fear.  The independent panel is simply a thin veneer of respectability to give the decision we all know is coming the appearance of justice.

That's the junta mindset, not having to explain your actions.   That is why people feel the need to protest.    It is highly doubtful justice will be done.

of course it won't. Thailand is a lawless society for the wealthy. The clue that is his statement that he won't interfere with the attorney general. so if we ever hear anything again it will simply be that the law prevailed. absolutely disgusting. Be warned, you cannot rely on the police should you ever need them in Thailand.

Read an article (Pretty sure it was on here) a couple of days ago that said 2 new witnesses (an Air Marshall & a “Mr J”) had come forward & they clearly remember the Ferrari was only doing 60-70kmh and the Police Officer swerved across 2 lanes in front of it.

No explanation why they didn’t come forward > 7 years ago.

"No explanation why they didn’t come forward > 7 years ago."

The answer to that question could be very interesting!

Breaking news!

It was just reported that one of the new witnesses in the case died last night in a "traffic accident".

Just seen that also. He died in a car accident last night at 1am. How very convenient....
