This is called Fraud, among other things.

Unless you can support these charges, feel free to use tin-foil, you should probably avoid posting here.

"Hospitals and doctors do get paid more for Medicare patients diagnosed with COVID-19 or if it's considered presumed they have COVID-19 absent a laboratory-confirmed test, and three times more if the patients are placed on a ventilator to cover the cost of care and loss of business resulting from a shift in focus to treat COVID-19 cases."

However there's no evidence the system is being gamed

riots ,  high unemployment,  economy in shambles, bankruptcies .........

Dow stocks rose another 160 points last night.

Amazing USA

It's incredible that the dow has continued to go up, but most of that is because of Tech stocks. The hurt in the economy won't be felt by the dow until the next couple of weeks. Once it starts going down, it'll continue to do so for a while.

Most American hospitals work as profit centers—unlike government run hospitals. And they receive higher reimbursements from the government for each pronounced Wuhan-19 viral death—especially with comorbidity cases.

Easy to see how this system encourages high reported numbers.

As of July 13 there have been 149,200 excess deaths recorded. So a number of 150,000 covid-19 deaths now does not seem to be exaggerated.

Putting aside your vile ‘the herd is better off without them’, a couple of salient points seem to have evaded you:

1. It’s an election year.

2. Older Americans, who vote in very much higher numbers than any other demographic group, have not missed that the failings of this President to deal with the Coronavirus place them at a very much higher risk to this disease.

Let’s sacrifice our old for the economy - good luck going into an election with that as a policy.

i think the quarantine policy got it 180 degree wrong,

if you are going to quarantine anyone, do it with the infected, new arrivals,

and possibly those at risk.

NY did instead quarantine the productive population, and then sent the infected to nursing homes

bristling with dying old folks, what could possibly go wrong with both economy & the dying ?

Which begs the question "what will Trump supporters accept without question?" or rather "Is there any point at which his followers will ever question anything he says or does, regardless of what irrefutible evidence there is that he's lying or otherwise wrongdoing?"

I'll speak for myself.  The truth.  As to your "irrefutable" evidence I would say much of it is refutable.  Too much distortion due to bias which you're blind to and unwilling to recognize.

And what do you suggest for undetected asymptomatic infected who are the productive super spreaders?

Would everyone be tested like Trump and his entourage, then you'd be right, is it the case?

Because of course there is no contact between any of the different demographics in US society.

But you might be on to something, ‘a coordinated and managed response’.

i think the shut down of economy is more costly then the loss of retirees to the society,

and i find it unethical to tax unborn generations

Here you go. Your bias affecting your memory?

LOL.  Forget the bias affecting your reading comprehension.  It's comprehension in general.  You left out the rest of my quote which puts the selective portion you offer up into context.  Small wonder so many are having such difficulty sorting out truth from their own fantasies.

Look, you've been owned. The best option for you is to quietly tiptoe away and hide for a while.

The one sentence I left out from your quote was “who are you trying to kid”. And leaving that out does not change that you seem to be convinced that science is about viewpoints. Anyway, nice try deflecting.

You have it backwards. The young working population represents the vast majority of all cases. Often because they are out partying, rallying, or other stuff.  Maybe 10% are old folks who catch it from the young.

So you must quarantine and mask the young. Maybe stop them from posting nonsense.
