‘Sick to the death of it’.

You only joined 6 weeks ago, admittedly (and curiously) you’ve jumped straight into a constant stream of pro-TRump posting, but six weeks is hardly time to get sick of people pointing out Trump’s obvious failings.

  • Good luck to him getting the Constitution Amendment it would require hence the reason elections had to be held during both the Civil and 2nd World Wars.

trump provides no evidence because his claims are baseless.    He is scrambling around to find excuses to avoid facing a vote he knows he is in all probability going to lose.    trump no

  • Since Trump has used mail-in vote in every election since he is in office, I would think he consider it properly, securely and safe, or did he attempt fraud? On the other hand, if they can attend

You should have been banned from this board ages ago for doing nothing more then name calling against the President daily.

On the other side of the coin why does a member have to accept daily insults from trump supporters? Using your logic, such members should be banned. Naturally both stances would be contrary to the US constitution concerning free speech; don't know if TVF bases any forum rules on the US Constitution.

Hypocritical at its best.

Perhaps the best outcome, IMO, though very unpleasant, would be for the Dems to win and show the country exactly what they voted for. The following election would undoubtedly, IMO, give the GOP both houses as well as the presidency with a large enough majority to rescue the country from the disaster, IMO, that would befall it.

It's significant that many Americans are currently interested in moving to NZ, perhaps to escape a Dem led country. Be interesting to see if as many want to leave if Trump wins.

John Tyler wrote law in 1845 and voting date has never been moved even time of war. Pelosi not going to chance that day! Who's coverment haddle safety in coundry now day's (Trump's) so whos fold if not safe to vote? When Trump loose , he's not going to accept the result! Still he's story(ugly one) in Potus going to end in 20.01.2021 and hole world can be relieved about that!

It is one example. You stated (wrongly) I had no evidence of democrats cheating. I gave you an example to prove your fallacious stance.

No, you haven't.

Charges filed years ago regarding local elections in a small voting district in no way confirm cheating in a national election, certainly don't prove cheating on a scale to influence a national election, and do not justify cancelling democracy by indefinitely postponing elections.

Biden's appeal is that he will return US politics to the pre-Trump normal.  Many Trump supporters are making it clear they would rather end democracy in America than do that.

Daily insults from Trump supporters? Havin' a laff, are you?

On the other hand, I've never seen such bad language on TVF before Trump was elected. Some is so vile it can be regarded as hate speech against any posters that support Trump.

The trouble with this latest idiocy from Trump is that his suggestion to postpone the election isn’t a ‘political viewpoint’ issue, it’s an affront the Constitution and the Democratic process that is held dear by people from across the political spectrum.

Those who oppose Trump will naturally push back against this latest dangerous idiocy, but his fear driven suggestion to delay the election is creating political opponents amongst those he ought to be able to rely on, the ‘Right wing’ of US politics.

He gains zero votes from this while certainly losing support.

His dwindling base is condensing to those few who will never accept criticism of Trump even when he is so obviously wrong in his suggestion.

The rest of America, aren’t buying his dangerous idiocy.

November can’t come soon enough.

Pre Trump normal was so swampy and corrupt that middle America chose a flawed non politician to lead them over a longtime establishment politician.

Seems pretty clear middle America doesn't want "normal".

Does middle America want to end democracy in America?

Is middle America as blind to the corruption of Trump and his cronies as you seem to be?

Due to trump's outlandish performance as President no surprise at all if he's voted out. Given NZ politics one would assume US citizens looking to move to the US would be wanting to get away from the outcomes of trump administration extremism.

IMO any Trump supporters will realise that he's just yanking the opposition chain. I certainly don't take it seriously.

Problem is, IMO, that Trump haters are so lacking, IMO, in a sense of humour that they take everything he says as gospel, and take the bait. If it's in the constitution Trump knows he can't change it, and if he didn't, he would have been so informed already.

Given that the polls indicate he will lose, and that none of them will be able to move to NZ during lockdown, it's likely, IMO, they are looking to escape a Dem win.

Time will tell though.

He doesn't know or care about the constitution.

And no, he is not yanking the opposition, he is desperate to cling to power and do whatever he can, and can not, to stay in power.

It will be interesting to see which side Republicans take over this suggestion. Having incited social divisions deflecting from the mounting general issues the US is  going to need to face  regardless of who wins the election a direct suggestion of assuming a Dictator role should scare the shi* out of US people!

Just do a quick search and don't make me go to work for you on common knowledge. Seriously. I am confident you will find plenty.

You are wasting your time with these "people". You can spend an hour digging out the various sources and they will either say they are not credible, or they will just stop debating. Happens all the time, yet if you ask for sources from the Lefties they will not respond, or they will just say for you to look it up yourself.

Assuming Trump actually thought before he spoke (a big assumption) then this would be his way of sending out a trial balloon and seeing how the public reacts.  If the push-back isn't strong, he'll pursue the election delay tactic.

I know that Trump is flawed and may be corrupt, ( though no court has ever proven him to so be, far as I know ), but I preferred him to her, and will, in the absence of any better alternative, prefer him to Biden. I expect many in middle America to be of similar mind come November. That's the problem when good men will not stand for the presidency because of, IMO, the media onslaught- get to pick between 2 awful candidates.

Actually the "lefties", the label applied to all who oppose the incompetent in the White House, provide sources from respected organizations, which are dismissed by Trump fans as MSM and thus not credible.

When Trump supporters do provide sources, which is rare, the sources are frequently from fringe conspiracy theory sites, which the moderators remove.

I just remember the previous president and have no desire for version 2 to be in charge of the western world.

The problem is that Trump has often demonstrated his petty, vindictive and retaliatory nature. There is the very real danger he will intentionally reduce the US  to smoking ruins so that if he  should  lose  he will rejoice in that  and  if he were to win then assist the super wealthy to enslave the country even further while claiming  super genius  stuff validity !

A false equivalence.

Biden is nothing like Trump.

The choice ‘middle America’ are going to make is ‘four more years of this disastrous mistake’?

The US Constitution gives Congress the power to set election dates, and mandates that Trump's Presidency end at noon on January 20, 2021 unless he is re-elected.

However I seriously doubt that Trump will let the Constitution or law prevent him from attempting to delay the election if he thinks he can get away with it.
