My recipe = 1 cup organic compost + 1/2 cup worm castings + 1 thai spoonful UnSulfured black molasses + 1 thai spoonful dried seaweed + rainwater (3/4 bucket) + 24 hour brewing time.

I am still looking for a best Thai recipe.

Nothing wrong with your recipe if it gives you the result you want. Have you produced the compost and castings yourself?

I also have a few of these pumps. I built a foam padded shelf to mount them on in the hopes of quieting them down but even that was insufficient. In the end, I found that hanging them on a string from the handle works very well in quieting them.

Why not use an aquarium pump in the bucket?  If your only pumping in air it would serve quite well.

Aeration is needed but agitation also. You need volume.

Not much to go on my friend. What would impress you? Describe your compost content, process and objective. pH level, bacterial or fungal.....
