Destitute Swedish Man dumped at Pattaya Police Station.

These pictures come from the Car Park in front of Pattaya Police Station where our journalist spotted, what appeared to be, a homeless and broke foreigner, sleeping near the entrance to the station surrounded by his belongings.

We were puzzled as to why no one was offering him assistance so we decided to do some investigations for ourselves.

We found out that the man had been thrown out of a Guest House in Soi Beokeow as he was unable to settle an outstanding bill. The Police were called who brought the Swedish man and his belongings to Pattaya Police Station.

We saw many officers walk past him without offering any form of assistance and as far as we know, the Swedish Consulate in Pattaya had not been contacted. Following a call placed by our office to the Swedish Consulate in Pattaya, who were unaware of the case, he is now receiving assistance from them.
