True enough, when he delivers his "speech" it is like he is reading out of the 10-year-olds storybook, often repeating himself, especially when he can't read or understand the next word or sentence (eg. Yo-Semites).

 

So this low intelligence form of reading seems to fit well with his base and unless he has some grievance or racist point to try and hammer home in his childlike way, then it's mostly flimflam delivered by circus huckster.
