Why are they contacting the health authorities? The accident statistics should indicate which medical conditions are a problem. Do helmets help? Maybe address the obvious to start with.

a 5 cm length sex is usually considered as a small one

on the other hand a 40 cm length sex is considered as a big one

so i presume it's the same thing for the bikes

True. But often the 5 cm does more RPM than the 40 cm one.
