Problem With Wi Fi Router

Featured Replies

Anybody can help me out, I've got a router next to the computer for wireless connection which works fine, but I have another which is two floors up and plugs into the downstairs one. The problem is that the upstairs shows I'm are connected but I can't access the internet, tried the old unplug and plug back in after five minutes but it still doesn't work.

Any help would be much appreciated.

check that the wireless network is configured for local and internet access. I had a similar problem this week and it turned out the router was configured to not allow wireless connections to access the internet.
