I would like to ask if anyone knows the procedure to transfer the title to a Bangkok condo to my partner, who is also a foreigner. What is the procedure? What types of fees (registration, etc.) would I need to incur? Will there be taxes involved? Thanks for your assistance.

Exactly the same as if you had sold it. There will be transfer fees, stamp duty etc. These are based on the either the purchase price or the government's assessed value whichever is higher.
