rooster59
PACC sends result of Boss case investigation to State Attorney Commission supawadee wangsri BANGKOK (NNT) - The panel examining the alleged mishandling of the hit-and-run case against Red Bull scion Vorayuth "Boss" Yoovidhya led by Mr Vicha Mahakhun, has disclosed that various people, including police officers, public prosecutors, lawyers and civilians, are allegedly guilty of misconduct in their handling of the case. As for the part of the public prosecutor, the authorities have not yet started interrogating the people involved. However, the Secretary-General of the Public Sector Anti-Corruption Commission (PACC) has already sent details of the result of the panel’s probe to the Chairman of the State Attorney Commission. Mr. Atthaphon Yaisawang, Chairman of the State Attorney Commission, said he hadn’t yet read the details of the document on the result of the panel’s probe sent by the PACC but understands that the document includes the names of the persons involved especially the public prosecutors. However, it might not be possible to disclose the names because it is confidential and the State Attorney Commission’s meeting hasn’t yet considered the issue because it is necessary to wait for the Director-General of the Office of the State Attorney Commission to submit his comments to the Attorney General first. Then, the Chairman of the State Attorney Commission will consider how to proceed. He confirmed that all relevant persons must be subject to inquiries. The State Attorney Commission’s meeting unanimously appointed Mr Paramate Intharachumnum, Director General of the Department of Thonburi Criminal Litigation, the Inspector General. -- © Copyright NNT 2020-09-12 - Whatever you're going through, the Samaritans are here for you - Follow Thaivisa on LINE for breaking COVID-19 updates 1

GinBoy2
You notice it makes no mention of those who bribed the individuals to brush it all under the carpet. In most real judicial systems, thats perverting the course of justice, and you do real time. But of course, this is Thailand, and if you really think anyone other than a few underlings are ever going to the monkey house for this, you are seriously deluded
