Thais coming back to their own country should get it for free.

 

Don't see the problem in making non-tax paying foreign temporary visitors pay for the service.

Just saw on Facebook that Hooters at Nana offer 50% discount on all food. Time to start up the private jet and fly my friends over...

As reported by Daily News, Somchai called on the Thai foreign ministry to speed up the issuing of Certificates of Entry to the Elite card holders.

AFAIK unless they are tested positive and end up in a ASQ at the governments expense, then, no they are fre to go home or anywhere else.
