If you got this message without doing anything it is probably related to 5G, so unless you have a 5G phone there is no need to exchange it yet.

This SIM doesn't support the new spectrum (5G?). Please take your old SIM along with your ID card to exchange it for a new SIM retaining your old tel number to your neatest DTAC store for improved performance. Exchange it before the end of the month to receive 10GB free data for 7 days.

@katana Thanks, yeah, that's what I told the BM that asked the question in the initial thread but as I don't speak Thai opened this thread for confirmation.
