I think its sad to see so many parents at the 7/11 just buying all the sweet sugar loaded snacks for there kids. that's 50% of the daily diet and enough sugar for 3 days.

Just imagine the heath issues Thailand will have in 20-30 years time.

My experience was in outer Bangkok, so it's happening in urban areas as well.

Just imagine...............years time.   When I were a lad several years ago we were given sandwiches for lunch and told to be back for tea.  We climbed trees , we went swimming we did all kinds of stuff.  Now kids sit with their ipodphoneapps. and take no exersize at all.  7/11s will have to deliver food to them.

LOL. After school in Chiang Mai the kids headed for the 7 11 and the food stalls outside. Not a parent in sight, but enough money to buy as much unhealthy food as they liked.

an 11 year old girl died after premature childbirth in Sth America, she had been raped by a "friend" for two years before falling pregnant to the 43 yr old.

 

I wonder what the results are for males, and also the fertility impacts for males.
