Phuket sea gypsies awarded state land to live under new project

PHUKET: Sea gypsies living in the Klong Tha Jeen area on the east side of Phuket Town have been given more than four rai of state land to live on under a government pilot project to ensure the once-sea-faring indigenous people now have a place to call home.

JAKARTA (Reuters) - Indonesia, the Southeast Asian country worst hit by the coronavirus pandemic, reported 4,262 new infections on Saturday, taking the total to 433,836, data from the government's COVID-19 task force showed.

Britain bans entry to all travellers from Denmark
