Unless, of course, you've paid into the Thai SS, as I have, so as foreigner I get free health care including all meds. I wonder why the UK doesn't give USA citizens the same prices it charges UK citizens?

It’s pretty much free for Thai people as well and it’s free in my country Australia if you are a citizen or permanent resident.

If I come to your country where ever it is will it be free for me ?

which country is  that? the UK has  it  but you DO  pay  through national  insurance, the sign of a civilized nation, should be universal
