I going to live close there later.

Beer-bars or gogo-bars or good resturants??

i only hear of a bar or resturant who name is: "The Bell" or something, is someone know that place?

Or do i have to go to Soi Cowboy or something close there?

I don't know about anything on soi 31, but the next street on, soi 33, is a well-known somewhat upscale nightlife area.
