Thai man hangs himself after an unsuccessful search for his wife and child.

Just after 7am on Sunday, Police Major Nataporn from Banglamung Police Station was called to a small house near the Boonsampan Temple to investigate an apparent suicide.

At the scene, Police inspected the body of Khun Pairot aged 40, a man who is well known in the area who collects recyclable items from the street.

He had apparently hung himself from a roof beam inside the house where he lives. Police confirmed that no other visible signs of trauma were evident and Police are confident that a third party was not involved in his death.

A possible motive for the suicide centers on the victims Wife who has a new Boyfriend. Khun Pairot’s son also lives with his wife and he has been searching for her for some time without success.

Sad case.
