I'm assuming the phrase cognitive dissonance is not in your lexicon, and troll is.

Making America poor and China richer and stronger happened on Trump's watch. 30% of Americans have no health cover at all, many others have to pay ruinous sums for their health insurance and pharmaceuticals. His trade war that was easy to win blew up in his face.

Americans need another four years of Trump like they need a prefrontal lobotomy. Many of his supporters have already had said operation.

Trump is quite smart in terms of manipulating people and telling them what he thinks they want to hear, but that's the full extent of his skill set.
