C19 insurance "via TGIA/TAT" - do I need anything else?

Hi guys, 

 

I'm looking to apply for a STV and my embassy recommends I pick any of the insurance setups available at https://longstay.tgia.org/home/companiesstv

 


I'm currently in my mid 30's and I usually get a 'normal' travel insurance for half of the above price. I understand the situation is delicate and I'll not hassle with insurance, and take any of the ones above. However, to your general knowledge, are they lacking "normal" coverage and is it your understanding that I should take my normal policy *as well*?
