They wore body armor, carried and used bear spray and other chemicals against Capitol police, used improvised weapons and killed one police officer, smashed windows, stole a laptop from Pelosi's office which may have been offered for sale to Russia, built a gallows, etc.

Wow.  You really do have a hard time seeing the facts.  They were far from calm, especially when trying to get that cops gun from him and shoot him with it.  You can hear them say that.
