Paypal Thailand - Transferring to Pakistan - Xoom not an option - any others

Featured Replies

I run an online business here in Thailand - it's USD based and 80% of our transactions come into Paypal. So we try to pay for things from that account as much as possible, rather than transferring it to our Thai bank and paying from there - that way we avoid converting to Baht and to then again to make the payment.

This has been fine so far but now we are opening a subsidiary in Pakistan, a location that Paypal does not support. Paypal does own a transfer service called Xoom - and that does support transfers to Pakistan BUT Xoom doesn't support sending from a Thai Paypal account.

Has anyone found a cost-effective service that does this? If so - let me know.

Not cost-effective but works - "stablecoin" cryptocurrency such as USDT.

Regular transfer to Pakistan will come under the notice of government agencies.  Be prepared.
