Little Minds come from Minuscule Screens?: Ever wonder what's wrong with kids today?
Those little screens are addictive and put you in a state of always looking for the next high. Settled down in a tiny town on the Mekong river at the beginning of the Covid lockdown. I would take a bunch of kids to the Mekhong and swim and cliff dive. We all had a blast but now four years later those same kids are addicted to those tiny screens and most aren't happy it seems. The kids are harmless and easy to manage but is that really living! I'll take a kid that is throwing rocks at cars and lighting things on fire vs a zombie smart phone addict that is a complete bore. -

Would I be correct in stating that as a UK citizen, I only have to complete the FACTA/CRS forms? The other documents seem to relate to US citizens. -

On the contrary. This is all about information sharing between countries who have agreements aimed at identifying tax evasion/money laundering. Many UK citizens live in Thailand without actually notifying any UK authorities that they now reside outside the UK. If you think that the UK tax authorities and the DWP are not connected and that they do not share information, you are sadly misinformed. What is the process for filing the evisa non o for a spouse?
He just said he transferred his 400k from his bank in the US to his wife's bank account in Thailand (hence my post to say he now can't get an e-visa if he doesn’t have another 400k). He said before that he does not have his own Thai bank account.
