Is a time stamp needed in addition to a date stamp on the rt-pcr certificate  showing negative results ? anyone with any experience with this ?

Yes, its required to calculate the 72 hours. If the clinical test result is part of the test report it will show the time of the result to the minute (test result printed by lab).

Theoretically you could get away without the time but then you would only be able to prove 48 hours rather than 72?
