90 new COVID-19 cases recorded in Thailand on Sunday

Thailand recorded 90 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday, with Samut Sakhon still topping the list with 41, according to the CCSA.

 

Locally-acquired infections number 81, plus 9 imported cases among arrivals in state quarantine.  Bangkok has 16 new cases, followed by 13 in Pathum Thani, 6 in Phetchaburi, 2 each in Nakhon Pathom and Samut Prakan and 1 case in Ratchaburi.

 

The nine imported cases include 2 from the Philippines and 1 each from Japan, Serbia, Indonesia, Yemen, UK, Sudan and the United Arab Emirates. Cumulative infections, since early last year, are 27,803, with 26,598 recoveries.
