Its one of those things you buy, make every filling variety you cant think up, then around a week later get sick of the sight of them. Farangconnection has in fact destroyed all the Pommie Marmite in favour of Vegemite.. Yummie.... Hot toast, plenty of butter thin spread of Vegemite...keeps the heat-seaking-moisture-missile in good order, keeps mossies away, cures hangovers, makes Martin red in the face. Marmite ingredients: Yeast Extract Salt Vegetable Extract Niacin Thiamin Spice Extracts Riboflavin Folic Acid Celery Extract Vitamin B12 Vegemite's a lot more like a paste than marmite (which is relatively runny).
