Recently (last three months) I got Goodhealth insurance. Through the website, you are only allowed to pay the payment through the person who's name is on the policy. With the exchange rate, I would rather pay it through USA credit card.

The other day, I get a notification that the premium got denied. My credit card denied the recurring payment, so I asked Goodhealth if I could either (e-pay) direct in USA or a one time credit card payment.

They told me that it is not possible as when I set up the payment it was with monthly recurring payment.

Anyone have this happen before. I think that they forgot I am the customer, and I am the one paying. BTW, they did not say, 'yes but it will cost you.... (more, surcharge, etc).' Just no....

Now I am wondering how much fun it would be if I actually was making a claim with this company for an insurance claim......

Any thoughts...?
