Going to Bangkok for three nights

Hello, I have to go to Bangkok on wednesday , to stay three nights , from Prachinburi province 

I intend to go by minivan ; do I expect to have a control somewhere ( I feel well, ( negative PCR two weeks ago and I am very careful for mask, distancing  etc  ) ?

and for return, from Mochit mini van, are there any restrictions ? I accept to have a self confinment when I return  , but in my home, not in an hotel
