Virologists say about lockdowns to go hard and go early. This bloke did the opposite and has now openned the gate 3 times and the situation is now grave. I'm not saying that even with a harsh lockdown the Beta and Delta would not be here but the situation surely would have been more managable if your coming off a base of hundreds of infections and not 5000. He has lost control but will now come out with some economic stimulus like the initial lockdown where people were promised money and most didn't get it.
