I've had 3 waivers at 3 different schools over basically 5 & 1/2 years....Is the waiver thing still an issue if I find a job at a language school?? 

You don't need a waiver for language schools, but your problem will likely be getting a work permit from them. Most don't want to do it, and expect you to work under the table. Some places may promise it and then not do it, even some of the big chains.
