I sincerely hope this unelected PM goes to jail for a long time, for this "alleged" misdeed if he is found guilty, though I think there will be a way round this for him.

He can do that anyway without any massive payment, any money he is ever awarded should be withheld and given to help the families of all the people his actions have caused to lose their livelihoods.
