Which still means nothing as it isn't legal gun owners, who are again, hunters, target shooters and self defense owners, that are doing almost all of the shootings, but individuals that are obtaining them illegally, taking them from legal owners who aren't locking them away, thefts from the same, suicides and gang members that comprise the majority of them. Owning guns for legal means isn't the problem. In Thailand alone, where gun ownership is limited to locals, legally, they're used almost daily in intentional homicides, actually more than the US per capita. Illegal guns here also account for many shootings, of innocents also, many of them family members. The same problem here as exists in the US. Mentally disturbed people killing others, along with the suicides and gang shootings.
