Line videocall

Featured Replies

Please tell me what I need to do with a link to a Line videocall that was sent to me by email.

I haven't got a clue but I need to verify my identity through a videocall soon.

Firstly you will need to download the line app to your phone or computer and follow the instructions to set up an account. Then try clicking on the link to see if it allows you to make the  call via the app.

Yeah, download the Line app to your phone and set up an account, then click on the email link, that will add a "Friend" who will then organise the call.

"I don't want to know why you can't. I want to know how you can!"

Unless you recognize and trust the sender I might steer clear of clicking on links in emails?

I mean unless you DO know that particular Prince.

If you can't resist, then install LINE on your phone, then add the sender, then view any messages. In LINE it is quite easy to send photos and videos. Or maybe it is a video meeting request?

Super Admin.

????

Did Line process the request automatically once it had been installed or did you have to do anything?
