The problem is one dept doesn't link/communicate with other depts in Thailand. If not, why do we have to bring our health certificate to another dept to get the vaccine passport? Businesses cannot ask about people's health. It is a private and confidential information. Can you imagine a restaurant asking for a certificate of not having AIDS to enter?
